The worst places to get tattoos can depend on lots of things.
One of the more obvious factors of being the worst is pain. The pain that comes with tattoos comes from things like nerve endings, areas with low fat content, and on top of major organs. Places you want to avoid would be:
-Head
-Ribs
-Spine
-Stomach
Places that hurt the least would be:
-Forearm
-Outer Thigh
-Outer Shoulder
-Calves
But pain isn't the only factor that comes with the worst places to get tattoos. Generally you want to avoid places that fade quickly like the palm of your hand and your inner lip. These tattoos only last months and will look very bad after healing.
I would also suggest avoiding areas that will prevent social scenarios. You want to avoid the face and neck because depending on where you work or may want to work, you may be excluded from a hiring pool, or fired from your current position.
